Stay connected on an international level:

Four digital/hybrid events will take place in the first half of the year, offering high scale networking opportunities with markets in Africa, the USA and China!

Reeperbahn Festival International Beijing (21–23 April) is the first event. Application deadline is 24th March.

In cooperation with WISE - The Future Festival & Think Tank, delegates can expect a high-caliber program of networking events, curated 1:1 matchmaking sessions with top decision-makers from the Chinese music, tech, and creative industries, as well as panels, keynotes and informative digital visits to key local music companies in Peking and Shanghai, plus a hybrid showcase experience with up-and-coming European and Chinese acts.

Prerequisite for application is a concrete interest in the music and creative industry in the Chinese market and involvement in an activity in the areas of labels, publishing, distribution, management, marketing/promotion, booking/live, or a related digital/creative business field

In addition to the Beijing event, more events are scheduled for the first half of the year with:

Nashville (10–13 May in cooperation with Music Biz)
Africa (31 May – 3 June in cooperation with Music in Africa Foundation)
New York (14–17 June in cooperation with A2IM Indie Week)

While keeping a very watchful eye on the development of the pandemic, an in-person element for these four events is tentatively scheduled in Hamburg for the selected European delegation. Additional events in Los Angeles, USA, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, are being planned for the fall.

Reeperbahn Festival International is supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany. More info about Reeperbahn Festival International and the possibility to apply as a delegate can be found here
