The french association Jazz en Nord organizes every year spring and autumn festivals, taking place in the north of France, and welcoming the new jazz generation and also headliners from Europe and beyond.
For more than ten years they also organize the “Golden Jazz European Trophy”, which aims to award young artists at the beginning of their professional career.
For the first time this trophy is open to musicians from the whole Europe to favor exchanges and connexion between the artists from the beginning of their musical path.

The deadline is 4 April 2021 to send your proposals!
A jury chaired by Kyle Eastwood and Jean-Claude Casadessus will select 4 groups to perform on 11 June, at Casino Barrière in Lille.
At the end of the 4 performances the winner will be awarded a price of 2000€.
Main criteria: be an emerging artist in the European scene, playing his own compositions.
The candidacy must contain:
Name of the band
Email and phone contact
Presentation of the band and biography of the musicians
4 tracks (mp3 format)
